I doubt he will.
That sounds really nerve wracking mem
Poshi - Ahh, I don't use mine much but I heard that the spacer means you use a lot of it and what not.

@Lady yeah my lower teeth are just a little wobbly to each other rather than twisted out of place so I'm not putting those on for another two months. Then I will be a full metal mouth 8D
@Poshi you were right! Actually the ache isn't even that bad yet, it's a little more sore when eating but generally it kinda just feels like how my jaw/bones get when I have my random aches anyway.
Probably helps that I'm on prescription pain meds already 8D *cheating*

Ahh I see.
Sore mouth I guess is because you're getting used to it and its gradually moving your teeth into place

@Poshi: I'm terrible with presentations. I get a nervous stomach (actual stomach ache, plus probably my guts will be killing me with often toilet trips), I tremble, my voice is shaky, I speak even quieter than usual because I feel unsure and people tend to be rude about it. My head gets totally empty. I can't make a normal sentence in my native language. It doesn't help that I actually mix English into it, and the "jury president" is a "pure Polish language" maniac. Ha Hindi literature with her, on the verbal exam she asked me about why did I use a non-Polish word in the written test while we have our native word for that. Only, the word I used is also correct. So it's safe to say the hag terrifies me.
I hope so that I can just say "I'm Jon Snow, I know nothing" and walk away... but it's still stressfull to even go to a new place for me. Except that this old manager from our office told me that last time he had to testify as a witness he was there at least 2 hours... (not the same case tho, it was half a year or so ago? and he was called to a regional police office, while I need to go to a capital city's police office - I'm unsure what's the term for it, different dictionaries say completely different things)
It would really help me if I knew what it was about. At first I thought (hoped) maybe it's about my current brother-in-law illegally renting a room to people, but that was a long time ago, so I don't think that's it (I think they have a separate division for tax crimes so yeah...). Besides it's more logical if it's about our company. Otherwise, I have no idea why I'd be important to anything, I seriously know nothing owo"
It's hard for me to take the things one at a time, especially if they're practically overlapping in my head. *hyperventilates*

Aw mem, that sounds very stressful, indeed!
How come you do not even know about what the statement is about? Veeery weird :( And I know what you mean, I hate going to unknown places, too! You can do it! Will you take your bf or somebody else with you?
And about the thesis, I am sure you will be splendid! Concentrate on the positive review you got already, and who knows, you'll probably get an answer!
Poshi,
Honours? What does that mean? I am sorry, I have no idea about that, but it sounds very interesting to me.
Our master thesis takes 6 months, the bachelor thesis "only" 8 weeks. But that's the official time, everyone starts working on those quite some time earlier.

Cheater mc-cheaterson xD I'm glad you're not in agony though with your braces+fibro combo.
@mem
I guess it doesn't help that the judge isn't nice =_= I am a total wreck with presentations too except I speak too loud and too fast.
Hahaha, maybe that would work. "Peace out guys 8U /swishes cape, jumps out window, slides down piping." I try to imagine that's it's just my friend there, asking me questions and I'm explaining to them my concept. Let's mind prep mem. The presentation is but a fleeting moment in your life. The presentation will not severely affect you in any way. You will blink and the presentation will be over before you knew what had happened. The presentation will be pleasant. The presentation - hang on this is starting to seem like hypnosis.
@Julez
Honours is an additional year of study you have to take in order to proceed to Masters and phD studies. It's an entire year of research.

@Julez: I don't know, the leter only contains the case number, no explanations as well. Just sole number and "have your ID with you

" It's super strange.
I don't think I can take bf, he's gonna be at work

and if the case isn't related to the company, the lawyer will leave anyways. I just found out he's in London now, so haha, I don't think he's coming XD Even if he was in Poland, I think we'd go each our ways and just meet there, I don't think it would be any other way.
I hope for some answer but don't count on it. Maybe I also should write to the other reviewer instead. It's she who doesn't upload her review. Or maybe she did and he has to accept it, Idunno how it works on their end QuQ
Start earlier? Pfff, you ppl be crazy. In Poland everyone's like:
/1 year before the deadline/ student: meh, I have lots of time.
/half a year before the deadline/ student: meh, I have lots of time.
/3 months before the deadline/ student: I'll start it soon.
/1 month before the deadline/ student: I'll start it tomorrow.
/1 week before the deadline/ student: fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu....!!!!!!
And this way a lot of Polish students just write their thesis last week, night and day

At least that's our stereotype
@Poshi: At least they can hear you

My presentations are mostly like: "can you speak louder? we can't hear you" me: *mumbles even quieter*
Haha, yes, please, hypnotize me so I pass this stuff without even being conscious

That would be something *sigh*

I've always wondered what it's like to be hypnotized.

I get really bad with speaking too. Often I'm alright until the moment when I will stumble over a word or someone will ask me a question. Then my brain says "welp, looks like you're worthless" and abandons me. Then I stutter and stuff 8D I don't stutter any other time in my life, just with nerves.
Really interesting that you mix English words. I said French words in a Spanish exam once. My teacher repeated the word back to me with a quizzical look and I was like OH I MEANT *spanish word* lol.
What I do in these situations is act confident, like I'm playing a confident character. Since I'm now a character and not me, it doesn't matter if I make a small mistake because it doesn't reflect on me. Until later when I stop playing the character and fall apart XD

Jacob,
that happened to me quite often!! I also mixed French and Spanish words very frequently!! This still bugs me today >>
mem,
Oh how weird >.< And oh no, that your lawyer's not in Poland :/ But I am confident you won't need it. Like Poshi pointed it out already, they probably only want to hear that you do not know anything.
You will do fine <3
What if you call the reviewers and ask them on the phone? I mean, it's Thursday soon and you should be able to prepare yourself, right? How come the second review is not even here yet??
*rage mode*
Really? Are you such procrastinator :D ?
We are - like the stereotype confirms - totally in time. Many start much time before the thesis. Although it depends on the theme of course. If one does not have to read much, one won't start early.
But then there are also students who procrastinate of course :P
Poshi,
aaah I see! Very interesting! So in case one wants to take the Master degree one has to do this additional year called Honours?
