That's fine. We only get it during winter, and we only get really heavy snow-fall once every four years. But because we only get problematic snow once every four years, our province had no annual snow budget until recently, we only have 90 snow plows, and people don't invest in snow-tires and all weather tires because they don't end up needing them. So whenever we get problematic amount of snow, people start driving like idiots. And then there are accidents. And then there are traffic. And then the buses run late. And then I end up waiting at the bus stop for half-an-hour and not making my doctor's appointment. Or stuck up at my school on top of a mountain and having to sleep in the gym with hundreds of other students. I hate snow.

It would almost be preferable if we got that amount of snow every year. Then, it'd at least be predictable and people would prepare for it, instead of going, oh, I hope it doesn't happen this year because I'm not going to invest in it until it's too late.

We're cold, cold, cold, but no snow.
My boyfriend in the next state over got blanketed, though.
They got so much snow that it took out the power lines...
