Kingdom of Knuffel

I'm always curious about how alike they're going to be compared to the older gens. It's a nice idea for Firn to make that kind of... uhm... revival? reboot? redraw? I dunno how to call it, but you know what I mean (I hope... )

I'm considering it her way of giving the older gen's brother's and sisters. :}

Well let me rephrase it then; I think it's Firns way to give them Siblings. There genders removed. :}

Do you guys think that maybe Firn is very slowly running out of ideas and just trying to gain some time to come up with some new designs? I know I would eventually run out of ideas, my brain tends to disappoint me in that area

Oh it's not slowly. Don't forget there are 110 knuffel (regular + event), so who can blame her when she revives an older design in a new way.
I would have gotten issues much sooner. :}

That's exactly the reason. I dislike my old art so much, but if I started redoing Knuffel too, some people would kill me. So I have settled for redoing them in another way, where I can show that I can do far better by now, but the old versions remain untouched.

For a while I was toying with the idea of making new versions of the old and people would get the choice whether they wanted to "upgrade" the old Knuffel or keep the old design. I thought that like this no one would complain, but then I remembered that some people would complain no matter what and some would be upset that they would not be abale to have both versions and that it would mean so much additional work for starkad to implement such a system and that he would never have the time for it anyway...

Thank you Firn for clearing that up.
And for somebody like me who absolutely loves the older knuffel designs, this solution is the best of both worlds. :}
