I think he got confused because when someone doesn't have an account, they pay with cash and the system we use still has to print an invoice even for cash customers. I told him for those you can just throw them away. But I think it doesn't help he is getting so much more thrown at him too rn because of everything that's happening.

Yep. I'm thinking a couple weeks or so, everything will flowing well again and I won't feel like a chicken running around with my head cut off lol.
