You think it's definitely linked to the element itself, or merely that there were a string of popular designs in that element?

The Darkness knuffel have always been the most popular ones. Especially in design I guess. :}

I don't think it's that weird that the darkness knuffels are so popular considering how fashionable dark-themed stuffs can be x) just look at the popular series/movies : horror, zombies, blood, murders, game of throne, "vampires"... :mclaugh:

I personally am looking forward to the Darkness reboot. The Gen 1 Darkness Knuffel was the one Knuffel that everyone was like, "She's so ladylike!" and I was like, "She's obviously a he to me" so it'd be interesting to see Firn up the femininity even more.

I meant it's weird, because the designs of other elements are awesome too, but somehow the darkness get the full attention. But Light element is kinda popular too, I guess. But maybe Dream-Baby is right, maybe that's the spirit of the darkness that draws people to those knuffel :qcute:

I personally am not into those kinds anymore. Maybe that's why it's a little weird for me. There are so many lovely designs in other elements.

I'm VERY curious about this one's new outcome. I always thought it's a male-ish knuffel :mctongue:
Edit: also I'm curious about darkness gen 2 and earth gen 1 (I love her so much, I can't imagine it any other way xD)

I second this ;)
And as I love green, I admit that I kind of favour earth most of the time :)

I'd say darkness gen 1 looks more like a male too. Plus they have kinda been male/female/m/f... over the generations it seems and gen 2 looks like she's a lady...

Yeah, even though knuffel are supposed to be genderless, most of them have traits which make them seem as one of two basic genders. It makes me confused at times :mcdead:

I guess it's a personal thing, which element you favor. I'm trying to get to the point when I have the same amount of every element, but it's hard to accomplish. For some reason I don't find Fire element designs that attractive (although I missed one I liked... :qstr: ).

I've always determined it by there legs.
Girlish knuffel hold there legs together in the first stage as were boyish have them more apart. At least most of the time. :}

You made me look it up through the generations, but I really don't see it like that :mclaugh: For me it's kind of random with their legs. What I've been determining the knuffel's genders on were their "clothes" in the first stage. I mean whether the knuffel had some panties and a bra thingy or just panties thing. And of course eyelashes, the girlier knuffel have lashes and dresses. But that's in later stages.
