@memoriam : Nooo I was not implying you're a horrible person x) I'm still 'meh' with some (a few older generations darkness knuffels mainly) but I feel horrible to them xD I tend to personify too much things anyway

I buy them immediately too now, I don't think of it as a risk. I was only talking about the times when adoption was still not in place (and my funds limited lol) ;) Plus we can change the names too now, although I think I never did that for the knuffs I bought after that feature, I'm pretty proud of myself usually
I really love how the knuffels improved over the years anyways, it's probably my favourite thing here ^^

Yeah the change there name option is great. I still have a full generation whose names I need to alter. Every single one of them has a symbol in it that makes them not show up most of the time. :}

Oh, I don't really think of the knuffs as a risk (more of an investment actually). I just don't want to buy one I don't like, because I feel terrible about wanting to release it... Which takes us to my answer to Neith below

First of all: Yay! I'm not a monster! XD
Personifying too much is my worst problem. I get attached so much to too many non-living things, including knuffs. But come on, they're my babies! Once I adopt a knuff-knuff I can't stand to make them sad! (I know I'm cray-cray, I know )

I happened to change my knuffel's names a few times (also felt terrible about making them get used to the new name... Yes, I'm a psycho). But I still don't buy all of them instantly for the reasons I mentioned before. Plus, my funds are still pretty limited XD

Oh all I need to do is to remove the symbol out of it. Not a big problem as the symbols don't change the name anyway. :}

Fact, that's not such a big change

It's not a big change but to this day i still have to do it. So every time I do feed and dig with my pets I go "Oh right, need to do that" and still forget. :}

Same ! I changed a few names but I felt guilty x) So I decided to stick with some I kinda wanted to change cause they were not going with my naming plan but I thought it wasn't fair to my knuffels
I didn't buy much stuff over these last year(s?) but sold a lot so I can get myself many knuffels now ahah I started to regularly check the wilds shop cause it seems that the next knuffels won't be here that fast !
I usually name regulars after mythology and wilds are just... from inspiration based on the look, more free.
