@Hotarla: Your sister smh. I honestly don't know how you put up with her. I am so annoyed with my sister leaving junk everywhere at least she'll finally be gone by the end of next month (hopefully if nothing else happens)

Granted RN I have a lidded cup half full of water on my nightstand from last week I keep forgetting to take downstairs. and my shoe rack is overflowing because I still have my summer shoes down there because I just never put them away for the winter.

Wow you sort out your shoes. I never bother to because by the time I remember, it halfway through the season.

Well there is no use keeping flipflops and the like on my shoe rack in the wintertime. But honestly, probably just keep them there cuz I'm too lazy and by the time I actually take them upstairs, it'll be spring time lol.

The way I see it, a shoe rack is where you organize your shoes so putting everything together makes sense to me. At least that's what I do.
Though I must admit that shoes I use regularly are lined up on the floor rather than inside the shoe rack (or closet, I have a closet actually)

We just use a shoe mat for the commonly used shoes and then we have a space in our closet for special occasion shoes. We keep our flip flops out but now that i'm thinking about it, its probably just a weird us thing because we live in an apartment complex and if we want to step into the hall without putting on true shoes, flip flops are perfect.

Yup, flip flops are also there, they're perfect for just a quick run to the store. Except in the winter. I'd wear at least sneakers in the winter but I wear socks more in the winter too.

Welllll I have a tiny shoe rack that can only fit like 8 pairs lolol. Weirdly I only buy maybe one or two pairs of shoes a year because I wear the heck out of them. I should have bought another shoe rack to set on top the one I have, but it fits perfectly in my little breezeway/laundry room from the garage to the kitchen area that has two doors that swing inward.

@Hotarla, ARE YOU LIVING WITH A PIG. Wtf is all of that. I'm not the neatest person in the world (who wants to pass the duster every week? Not me, that's who.), but basic cleanliness is a must, no?

Though I admit to having a single cup that I reuse on a daily basis for close to an entire week. Meaning that I fill it in the morning, drink everything by the time I go to bed, leave it on the table for the next morning, and rinse and repeat for a week, lolz. I can't help it, it's the only cup of that size, it's super convenient, and I love it.

As for weather-appropriate footwear, if it weren't for my mom organizing things whenever the season changes, I'd be like y'all: leaving everything together and winging it, lololol
