I started by hanging out in Firn's hangout. The jellyfish squad is still the biggest one out there. :}

I think I started by making my own hangout, funnily enough. And brought a couple of RL friends to post on it (CycloneKira is one of them). I think that felt easier than posting in the middle of someone else's conversation, for me when I was new.

I've always wanted to start my own hangout, but I never did. I wanted it to be nice and comfy, planned on what to write on the first pages etc., but in the end I think that the same people would post that I already know from their hangouts :D

I used to have my own hangouts... Don't remember what happened with it but after some time I no longer felt like posting in there. :}

Exactly, I would fear the same thing might happen to me.

yeah it's difficult to maintain a hangout without having to bump it more than i'd like. for me, at least.

Exactly. I felt obligated to post every single day a few times. But it was also that sometimes there were conversations in there that were not really my thing but I understood why they were being made. So I simply didn't have anything to add. :}
