I know I'm fat and out of shape, but it's funny watching doctors trying to tell me that because they don't want to insult me.
It's like I'm FAT. I know I'm FAT. Just say it. I'm not going to get upset xD

I know people keep telling me to stop eating bread and drinking sodas and people just seem to think I sit around and eat nonstop.
Sometimes I don't eat at all or if I do, it's just ONE meal a day.
Sometimes I won't eat for a few days.
But people think I just eat nonstop and have no self-control xD

There's different reasons why people gain weight.
People don't always understand that.
They think, as I said, you just sit and eat non-stop.
I've had my weight go up and down drastically in my life.
I've gained 40 pounds, lost 40 pounds, gained 10 pounds, lost 10 pounds (in a few days ._.).
I've never been active - even in school.
I'm slow and lethargic and don't exercise much.
but I have sleep apnea and I'm always fucking exhausted and people are like "DON'T BE SO LAZY!"
Like you try doing shit when it feels like you've only slept 3 hours in a week >Bu

I'm not entirely sure how mine works still.
Since the quarantine is active, I didn't get to go to the doctor and have them show me how to use it.
They just sent it to me and were like "If you need help, just call \8u/"
It says my mask isn't on right, but it literally has no other way to be put on and it says it's on wrong o__O
It also randomly just shoots air out and wakes me up.
I don't know why it does that.
It's on right and yet it just quits working right xD

My aunt and uncle have sleep apnea and told me they felt so much better after using their machines.
My dad has it too, but he has Narcolepsy so he doesn't wear it because he falls asleep randomly.
He also needs his machine cleaned and stuff, but they're fucking around with him and not helping him.
He also is having issues getting his insulin and antidepressants and it pisses me off 8u

Doctors just suck =A=

I'll lose weight eventually.. like after I no longer need my Depo shots.. that's when I started to gain weight.

Now to convince my OB to take out the baby making tools >w>

They were harassing me to go to the gym by the clinic.
I would like to, but with the quarantine, my ass ain't going anywhere >8u
