Oh, dear, that's a tough order. My phone is a rotary, I've no digital camera nor scanner, and if the computer itself has a camera it's avoided my detection so far...
Now, I could take a photo with my old film camera, if film stays good for sixteen years? And then develop it and send you a photo in the mail, but at that point it's probably easier just to send a muffin!
How about a recipe, instead?
It's going to be a little bit weird because I'm not good at measuring, but "handsful" is, what, somewhere around a third of a cup or a half a cup? I can estimate!
Flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder, a little salt into a bowl and sift. Then in another bowl, an egg, yogurt, maple syrup, mixed, then a finely chopped apple stirred in, then both combined, and a handful of chopped walnuts, and scooped into muffin tins, then in the oven at medium-high heat until you smell the nutmeg and cinnamon, and then turn down to medium heat and another few minutes until your patience runs out.
Best hot with melted butter or melted cheese crumbles! Doesn't keep terribly well, though, so finish in a day or two, and if not then turn it into bread pudding.
Now... amounts...
Hmph, amounts are hard! I may have to make another batch tomorrow and pay more attention, but it'll have to be tomorrow when the guests are coming
