I actually was on meds to jump start mine. ^^; My mom was freaking out because at 16 I wasn't getting it. Turns out its a genetic thing I got from my real mom. >>;

and it's still taboo in lots of sports to mention it.

like one time in the tennis a girl/lady had hers and said she wasn't feeling well, aka cramps, etc but couldn't say exactly why because it's taboo to mention it directly.

Really? I would think society would have moved past that by now when it came to sports things. :/

haha yeah..

lots of sports still discriminate.

Tennis being one of the main ones that does. :( which is sad cause my partner plays it at his local tennis club and I like watching it on tv (the professionals)

ml: If I remember correctly, I read a post saying a shark brain looks like your cooch x'D So I was like: Ok 83

Kaelin: I don't take pills :o It's kind of troublesome. I just bear it til maybe the 3rd or 4th day, and it'll go away.

I do because birth control.. and cramps get terrible and I get anxiety on top of my periods too

And I generally also take naprogesic to stop the pain, have heat packs, wear baggy clothes, drink lots of tea, eat bit less (first few days), and take some panadol too.

Oh yea. Definitely eat less. Or it feel like you're getting stabbed by a tiny knife from the inside. I've never felt that, but I think it'll feel like it if I were to.

I also have heat packs as well! They surprisingly work.

The pain is constant unless I take pain killers. And I get back pain as well.
