When I was in Georgia, they only did out of school suspension. Here in Montana, they mostly do in school suspension. The schools up here are sticklers for making sure everyone's in school at least 180 days a year.

mm my school too but when I was sick, teachers would all be 'why aren't you at home?'

Schools are confusing that way. As a parent, I was told that I should keep my child home when he was ill to prevent others from becoming sick, but when he was absent the phone calls always came from the attendence office, even if he had been sent home from school ill the previous day...

well there are laws here in australia where you can be unattended at home under age 16 I think it is, well without an adult or over 16 year old. And so well mum was working during my school hours when I was in high school, dad did split shifts, day one week, night the next week. And so mum didn't like me taking time off if sick either

I feel so ... old ... and outdated ... @_@
I think ... I have a feeling ... that I will be active here once again after finals (Last week of March).
I hope I can still fit in though >.<

I like the victorian mini set and the ninja button set. So far, that's the only ones I've seen since I haven't had any time to browse through the shops XP
