@Lunar: Yeah, I come from a small rural school off under 200. I think there were only like ~15 really active members. Like half my class signed up and went to a farm show field trip and that was it for them (just to get out of school for a day). I don't think I did the quiz bowl though. I think I put my foot down on that one.

Thinking back, I should have put the FFA on my resume to show that I did a lot of group activities lolol.

I have no idea what the FFA is (I just Googled it, so I sorta do now), but all of that sounds amazing and kinda fun, ngl. I think I'd have enjoyed having stuff like that when I was in school!

I think I put FFA on my resume when I was in college, now I've knock off all of my high school stuff to show that I have professional working experience.

FFA was kinda fun. The e-board in my school could be kinda cult-ish at times so I didn't associate with them all that much, but I enjoyed my time at states. The competitions were super cool too, I just wished they had more with aquaculture, but that was a more up and coming thing and only was really talked about in a few states that had a lot of fish farms.

sooo maybe not a hair. maybe a hair accessory item.......or maybe a brooch or jewelry or something? XD

well the last thing to leave was a hair accessory so.....maybe they'll replace it with the same. although i swear, the last new item was also a hair accessory........xD;;

but yeah jewelry would be nice. they rarely release makeup too unless its a new TT item.

Have there ever been CC tattoos? I don't remember any, and I feel like those could be cool.

@Lunar: Yeah I should have done it for when I didn't have any other experiences. Besides babysitting. Never really had a cult-like feel for our FFA, but then again, small school with even less active members than everyone who joined. I think we did one thing with aquaculture. I remember visiting a fish farm for it, but it could have been an extra thing and not something we had to do or a contest.

It was the only extracurricular I was in besides band, but I only did band (played the flute for 8 years don't ask me how to play one now lol) so I could go on the disney world band trip lol! And that was an actual class besides the few marching competitions that were required (if you were in band, we had to do pep band at basketball games and do marching contests, but we didn't have a football team so nothing extreme like that).

I think a tattoo would be a nice change. But then again, I never wear tattoos because it ends up being covered by whatever top I want to wear with it.

@ Rubie Oh my god you guys did have an aquaculture event! We didn't have one and we're in an ocean state. I asked someone about it and they were trying to get something off the ground but it seemed like too much effort at the time because fish are not easy to transport. Most likely it would have been a design contest in a sense.
My school took us to a few fish farms and we had our own on campus because were part of a salmon spawning program, but that wasn't sponsored through FFA.

Band is super cool. I can't play an instrument to save my life. I'm basically the kid who would get handed a triangle.
