I second what someone else said about some in-between option for maybe 6-12 hours or something. I always thought it would be nice to have that option so I could use it while I'm sleeping for example.

I thought so, but does that mean that when you find a coupon it can be one of the 4? Or that you always find the lowest coupon and they cumulate like money?

for example, would you find an IC, and therefore would only be able to pay for 1 intensive care, or would that coupon allow you to pay for the lower cares as well and leave you "change" coupons?

I think you can only use it for the program which it's labeled as, Miyu.

But if can find an expensive one you can sell it in the market and buy cheaper ones with the amount earned from it...
