Also, I think I'm realistic at times and people tell me "Don't be so negative!"

Maybe they just say it because they want to cheer you up.
People react like that.
You say you are down, they reply "oh, come one, cheer up!" as if that was any help...
You say something bad may happen, they assume you are down, so they want to cheer you up as well.
They mean well.

I go through that with my parents and my art.
I know why I don't get commissions - no one knows I exist.
I tell that to my parents and they say "No, you're a GREAT artist!"
I didn't say my art was bad, I said I was unknown xD
They also will see artwork way better than mine and say mine is better.
It's not. Mine is worse. I'm being realistic but I'm told I'm being negative and hating myself.
I don't...get it .__.

Well, you probably have a more technical approach to what is "better" art, while they have a more subjective opinion - they like yours better because they love you.
Maybe you should promote your talent, get some sort of commissions.
That would be cool.
(I have no idea how to do such a thing though, maybe it's complicated?)

Exactly and it drives me nuts. It makes me crazy when I see a masterpiece and someone is like "Nah, that's not good art yours is way better!"
It is NOT o___O
But I do have issues telling if something is better than my art or just different.
I've been told "Your art is just as good - it's just different."
I have no idea how to do it either.
I've posted that I accept commissions but no one ever buys anything.
I mean, they buy my art with site currency but I need money D:
I have an idea. Crank out fanart for something popular.
I see fanart get a lot of likes.
I also just love making fanart.

I'm very slow and don't have the energy to work on art all the time.
I'm also working on some commissions so they take priority.
Even so, I can't work on them too long because I get burnt out.
I'm always tired. Always lacking energy xD

Maybe it's because you eat too little.
Need good fuel for your body!!
Or maybe it's just the medication?

I don't know what all causes it.
I don't eat a lot.
I don't sleep good.
I have an iron deficiency.
I take 0 vitamins.
I need to start using my sleep apnea machine again...
I stopped using it because the mask caused a giant sore on my face that is now a giant scar 8u
I also didn't notice a difference when using it.
I need to take iron pills again. Someone told me they were always lacking energy too until they started taking iron pills and they feel much better.
It's just a whole bunch of stuff.
I'm sure people look at me and think I eat a lot and stuff but I don't.
I definitely have vitamin deficiencies ._.
I can tell by how bad my hair, skin and nails are xD

You should definetely take your iron pills They do make a huge impact.
Not right away though, it's not like you take them and you notice an energy boost. They don't work that way.
But they replenish your iron a bit at a time, and that helps oxygen reaching all your body, and as soon your body gets adjusted to more and more oxygen it starts working better - and you feeling less exhausted.
Just don't give up because it does not work right away, in a few weeks you'll notice the difference!
