I've met several Miyu's online but never in real life. :}
There's actually somebody who took an alias of mine and made a FB account with it. People got angry with me for not responding or accepting there requests and it took me weeks to tell everybody I'm not on FB. :D
There are still some people that don't believe me.

Online it's not as common as in real life.
I've met more Aki's IRL than online.
