Kingdom of Knuffel

My school had french immersion because that’s a thing in Canada since we have Quebec so its mandatory to learn french for a few years…
All i remember about my school was that i hung out sometimes with people in the tech hall, in one of the entrance lobbies/open spaces where the goth/rocker kids hung out (because one of my friends was one, not that i was one lol) or hanging out in the art room. We also had a public library that was a few steps away from the school so i’d go there to surf the web bc it was waaay quieter there than in the school library. XD;;

Also, i remember having the bad habit of reading in the hallways while walking. I’ve walked into doors opening suddenly and tripped over people sitting on the ground and falling into their laps during lunch break. XD;;

I used to read all the time before class (and during it until the teacher noticed and told me to put it down, heheheh), but never while walking, lol.

I did the read n walk thing in elementary school. But I read slower than normal cuz I also kept an eye out on my surroundings
Then I got yelled at because somehow I was a hazard to the kids running and not paying attention. Me. Not them

Pft yeah hahaha. It was lunchtime and I was walking with a group of friends while reading. There’s usually people sitting around during breaks and lunch and stuff, just hanging around. One minute I was walking, the next i found myself on the floor after tripping over someone who was sitting on the ground with his friends lol. So I just about literally ended up in his lap. XD

Exactly my thoughts!

Maybe it's because I'm reading so many romantic webtoons lately, that I could picture it so vividly
She trips over the handsome guy who was quietly reading, he gets startled and replies harshly... but for some reason they can't keep thinking about each other, while they find themselves in the middle of so many inconfortably goofy situations which lead to an unexpected kiss.

Yeeeeah looking back on it now, now that I’m older, it does seem very romcom-y. At the time though, I was just horribly embarrassed and hoping I had broken anything lol. XD

That's why romcoms are funny.
I mean, we all KNOW that kind of situations are embarrasing, but we WISH they could also be cute!

I mea, you broke your dignity with that. And maybe your prude a bit :L

yeah but i wasn't into rom coms or stuff at the time. xD so i wouldn't know about these things being rom comy at allllllll. but now, looking back, its like "oh but what if....?"
