Definitely. Most of my characters came from dreams though, but I have a lot of fun just sitting down and designing them as well. :D

Ideas sometimes come to me when I'm busy, so I have to keep thinking to remember what I wanted to write down. Usually they spawn in day dreams or after I read/watch something.

Yea. I tend to draw things out as quickly as I can when I think of them. As I tend to forget things pretty easily. xD
