Clove oil is a harmless oral painkiller.

Basically, it numbs everything it touches.

Sounds like licorice 8u
It has a numbing effect.

I got some Orajel that's supposed to numb my mouth and also prevent infections and remove bacteria and all 8u
It was really helpful xD

More so than licorice (which I've eaten and never gotten numbed by...)

Fun fact. At least some varieties of Oragel use clove oil! :D

When I eat licorice jellybeans, my mouth gets numb u8

I actually was wondering that. I was like "What if this Orajel has clove in it 8u

Uhhh...I don't see it in the ingredients unless it has some obnoxious scientific name to it 8u

If you look it up, it will say licorice can cause numbness.

I think I remember someone said there's something in the black licorice that has numbing properties so it isn't something that happens from an allergy.
The reason I looked it up was this tea I tried to drink to help me sleep.
It had black licorice added to it and I'd feel numbness in my mouth u8
