I should indeed! I'll ask deerthings if she doesn't mind.

It's not a picture book exactly, it's a children's short novel. It was only sent to me today so I haven't read it, but I think it's about a couple of little boys and a giant squid. I don't dislike doing it but I don't find it particularly fun or exciting either. This will be the 9th book I've illustrated, and I'm just not especially fond of drawing what I'm told to draw.

Still, it's good practice, and I do like getting paid.

Whoa, your 9th book. :O How did you get started as an illustrator? Would you recommend any of the books you read?

Yess, moneyy. $v$

I only illustrate for one author. He's an old friend, so it's not like I work properly for a publisher ^_^

I should probably add that I don't dislike it as much as I think I made it sound! I'm very glad he wants me to d it, and it's really sweet when children do fanart.

I'm not sure the books would be all that interesting for an adult.

I managed to sketch out a comic page today :3 happy. I hope I can get it done tomorrow.

Are all the books on that website illustrated by you?

*dances with Vindrae*

Jessi, your drawings are all so cute! And...

I couldn't help but notice that Vindrae is or was making a game of the comic. Is it online? And can I try it out?

Oh look, a dancing Vin!

Ahahah. I wish there was a game. But games take time to make. In other words there isn't one... yet?

And thank you. I'm not sure I think the book drawings are cute exactly... what with all the zombies and ghosts and such, but hey-ho. If you want to see the illustrations inside the books they're actually on the webcomic site under 'extras'
