I love Hyde, but he's too big and clumsy to be around sometimes.
I want to just pick him up and snuggle him but I can't because he's heavy.
I try to play with him, but he steps on my feet and it hurts because he's heavy.
So I mostly just pet him and play catch with him.
I will make him lie down and I'll sit with him and he's just happy getting nonstop pets.
He's getting older and his joints aren't as good anymore.
I can tell by how it takes longer for him to stand.
I tell him we're the same because my legs make it hard to stand sometimes.
I love getting pets and living with them as long as possible, but it hurts worse when they die.
Hyde's at least 10 ears old and Kiri's at least 15.
I've had Kiri for about basically half of my life.
It's going to hurt like a bitch when she and Hyde go.

I started fishing with my grandpa when I was little, so I love fishing.
I haven't been in a long time, though.
You gotta pay and shit just to get down to the lakes and rivers and you need a fishing license.
My dad taught me about how my ancestors would hunt because they had to and they didn't kill for sport and they used as much as they could of what they killed.
So I grew up believing that if you kill something, you had better use as much as you can.
So we'd go fishing and my grandpa would cook everything we caught.
My dad lived on a farm and he went hunting a lot and they always ate what he caught.
I don't think I can go fishing and hunting.
If I do go fishing, I will put the fish back. Which kind of seems pointless to catch them to begin with.
My dad even told me "You could never go hunting. You don't have it in you to kill anything U8"
It's funny because my dad lived on a farm and raised animals and hunted and ate meat and he is...animals just love him. They trust him. And he loves animals and takes good care of them. It's like...magical. Spiritual. Amazing.
