That does sound easy parents.

I've talked about getting my ear pierced about at the same age, and I was 5 when mom gave in. Poorly I got both my ears pierced although I had wanted 2 in one ear.
The one I didn't want to have pierced kept getting infected, so eventually mom stopped making me wear something in it.

Oddly as much as I have always wanted to have tattoos I never got any.
I have so many allergies my artist feared I would get sick and well... I decided to accept my fate. :}

I've been lucky with my parents being understanding of my choices and my amazingly strong physical health. As feeble as my mental health can be, my body doesn't seem to give a shit. Just keeps going :mcheh:
Did you ever get the second earring in the ear you wanted?

Merry, how lucky you are, that your parents easily accept changes now! Of course the beginning must have been diffcult though :o
Your sister is indeed keeping it up then xD
My brother never did anything really 'new' to my parents. No tattoos, no piercings, no escaping, no not telling where he is or escaping to somewhere xD
It's just me.. In the whole outer family as well actually. Two cousins have nose piercings, but that is as exciting as it gets.

You have dreadlocks now??? That's cool!! :)

The snake around a broom also sounds interesting! I figured out what I wanted by drawing it (even though I am bad a drawing), so maybe that helps, too :) ?

I've got the peace sign :) That was my first tattoo which I got when I was 15 :)
The next one is going to be the forgetmenot and the 6th one one about video games :P But that only after I finish my thesis (cause it fits very much with the topic). I did the same with Harry, I got it only after my bachelor's thesis (well, 1 year after, but anyhow xD).

Yep. I had it for one whole whopping week. Then I had a little accident and it was ripped out. Took years for my ear to heal.
Am thinking of having it redone, but life's been a bit hectic and haven't found the right time to do so. :}

Oh god that sounds hurtful!
Would it work to have it redone then?

Oh yeah, my ear is completely healed. The only way one would be able to spot it is if they knew exactly where to look. And as I'll likely will have it done slightly lower there's no issue.

And honestly I do not remember if it hurt much. I passed out the moment I saw the blood, so my memory of it all is fairly hazy. :}

Oh you even passed out?! Crazy!
But good thing it's fully healed :)

I always pass out when I see my own blood. Seriously I have to lie down and get distracted whenever I need my blood done. :}

Oh, I'm relatively clumsy myself. But luckily I'm more in getting bruises than in getting cuts. :}
