I know exactly what you mean, Julie! The very first time I went up against a wall, grabbing my very first boulder, the very first darn thing I did was scrape my elbow across the wall and it was bleeding something fierce, so I had to come straight down and back to the guy at the reception who was already grinning from ear to ear x'D
That's the thing, it's not just a bit self-defensive. There's a whole array of excercises of how to get loose from an assaulting grip to breaking free and nearly killing the assaulter in the process. And mind you, they work, no matter if it's done by a tiny gal like me or a massive bearguy. It's actually quite scary at times to perform these excercises or worse, have them performed on you, because if you try to fight it, you can easily end up with your arm broken... But that's part of the fun, isn't it? At least I feel a lot more secure now that I know I actually stand a chance if I'm ever attacked.
That's very good love! Congratulations!!
I know, but I haven't been in a mood to do things alone lately, and I have to travel to another city for it... All in all the mental obstacle is too high for me at the moment. But like I said, at least I'm going one more time with a friend tomorrow
I would still have the entire month of March to use those turns, but I'm going to be in Sri Lanka then, so that's not working out so well xD
