Oh definitely more tame because it's more commercialized. You have to keep videos ad friendly, etc. It's kind of ridiculous. I guess I should add I also love listening to youtube drama videos lol.

yeah the add friendly guidelines put a lot of creators in tough places because they need to stay pg and safe. Youtube drama is fun sometimes.

Years ago, I really wanted to watch more of this one game a youtuber was playing so I went to his twitch to watch it (which I honestly get so confused on twitch), and he was cursing up a storm. It was night and day because he was super friendly, didn't curse at all and then BAM every like 4th word was a swear. It was like listening to a completely different person.

That must have been jarring.

I also miss youtube animations. There are a few still left but they are far and few between because the algorithm doesn't support them.

I listen to mostly Asian music with traditional instruments. XD;;
Although now alot of Chinese dramas can be watched on YouTube as well. Too bad I can barely sit through an episode lol.

I am always knitting if I'm watching a show with subtitles because I just cannot sit still long enough. I've always been like that, even in school I was always doodling in my notes.

Also if you make mistakes, don't lie about it. I make mistakes and I own up to it. This person at work lied about showing me how to do something because he messed up and was trying to blame me. IDK why because if it was me I would have just admitted to it.

People are just rude/too embarrassed to admit they did something wrong and it makes everything tougher for everyone else.

Easier to deflect than take responsibility for some people

I just don't understand how he thinks he could get away with that especially when she came to ask me right after and I won't lie about that, since it was kind of important stuff he messed up on. But meh, just blame me.

Yeah sometimes there’s singing as well since I usually prefer that even if I can’t understand what they’re singing. But I love listening to dizis and guqins and guzhengs and other types of traditional Chinese instruments.

I find that if I have to read subtitles for so long, I just get tired. Especially if it’s a drama and the ep is like 40mins plus lol. It’s different if its anime bc anime eps are much shorter. But sitting for 40mins to an hour watching a drama ep is sometimes too much for me lol.
