I know! These sudden temperature fluctuations are not helping my allergies either!!

My allergies decided just a few minutes ago that they wanted to act up. All the sudden I couldn't breath through my nose.

I just find it annoying how it's cold at night so you turn the heat on... then by afternoon it's so hot you need to run the ac.

I really hope I don't get flu because of this woman.

I hope you don't get the flu either. Having the flu is miserable, you're too nice to deserve that.

@Star-I haven't been able to breathe thru my nose for about 15 minutes now.

@Cat-Take extra vitamin C and make sure you get plenty of rest to keep your immune system in good shape.

The only sinus problems I'm having is a lot of drainage. x_x So gross.

I wish I could sleep a bit better, I tend to wake up over and over during the night.

I don't sleep through the night, but thats because my cat finds it funny to wake me up whenever she feels like it.
I like to drink chocolate milk before I go to bed, it really helps me sleep, so, you could try that.

Found 3 out of 5 sugar so far.

@Cat-I hear ya with the drainage problem! That's why I lost my voice for the last couple of days.

@Star-I got lucky with my kitties! They usually don't wake me up at all. Unless, of course, they find a bug. Then all bets are off!!

I wish I had some chocolate milk. ;O; I'll buy some when I get paid Friday.

My cat used to walk on my head at like 3 or 4 AM because he wanted food.
