LC is the best. I wish I could do the last one that costs a fairy coin, but they don't make coupons for those. :c
And I understand why. Only an hour and 5,000 exp.

I always use the long care one.
Where the knuffel is in for one whole day and get 2,000 exp.
But honestly I like all. It depends on how far apart some of my knuffel are and how much it takes for me to get them caught up to the ones around them.

all of them are good
I normally prefer to use the 20 minute one after digging so I just get the free exp
I've used that expensive one a few times but I try not to.

Don't spend the food unless you feel you need to.
That's my advice anyway, coming from an ol' cheapskate.
