Yes these are indeed such fields, but I think it's just that the competition is bigger. On top of that, in my experience, online interviews do not have the same quality and are not the best basis for judgement.

I can see how online interviews are in a whole different league than face to face ones. And I guess there's a big pool indeed. I'm certain you will find something you like and where they want you to work. :}

I got a job :D!!
I actually got accepted at two places, both traineeships. One as a web writer and the other as a publicist/editor at academic publishing. I accepted the second one ^.^ I start in October. I am looking for an apartment now and it's horror. The city I am moving to is very expensive.... I am going to go there and look at 3 flats today.

I finally got a flat! It is a one room apartment. Waiting for the contract :)
As soon as I got that done I need to think about all the insurances I need.

Good luck on those insurances, they can be a hassle figuring out. Sure you'll succeed.

Thank you! I think I've thought about everything, now I just need to notify everyone about my new adress. Will be moving in 1 week! Actually not at all xD I don't have much furniture (actually just a bed, a bookcase and a cupboard, the rest was provided by my student dorm), so I have to buy A LOT.

What's new? Well I've started to write to a person I've learned online. I used to have loads of penpals growing up, and this person does postcrossing and snailmail so I asked them if I could write.
It feels kind of weird writing to a stranger like that. having gotten used to online forums like KofK and such. :}

That really isn't a lot you'd need to get. But then again it will feel like a real new start in a new life with furniture that didn't travel along from your school days.
Personally I would check online, maybe people are selling cheap(or giving away for free) furniture that are just your style.
Take your time to make your place your home. :}
