Like in every RPG, they have invisible pouches.^^
And real deep pockets, where they have swords, bows and shields in it.
(Like in Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild.)

Like Hermione's bag XD I always get a funny picture of my adventurer trying to lug around 15 extra suits of armour until I can get to a shop and sell them XD massive disadvantage in fights for sure.
