Yes, it is!
I'm doing surprisingly well. As in better than I expected. I got into witchcraft and it's been more empowering than I imagined. I'm healthier, too, mentally and physically thanks to it.
How are you? What have you been upto?

Glad to hear you found something that helps you.
I'm so so, had a migraine a few weeks back that is still numbing some of my senses. For the rest I am working on some stories and reading a lot. :}

So how does that work?

The way I do it, it's working with energy, and I suppose I should've expected that raising my energy would feel good physically and mentally. I found out that I've been dabbling in energy work before I figured out its relation to witchcraft- I do yoga- but now that I'm doing witchy research I've figured out how it works, and how to work it better, if that makes sense.
Migraines are terrible. I'm sorry you both suffer from them.
Dream, I'm with you on the working on stories and reading a lot! I'm writing both an original story and fanfiction, and I'm reading more non-fiction about tarot.

Do feel free to share... I could very well use some good energy and at this point I'm ready to try basically anything to get it.

I recommend 'Energy Essentials for Witches and Spellcasters' as well as 'The Un-Spell Book' by Mya Om. Another book that really helped me is 'Miracle Mastery' by David Debolt- I have it on my Google drive so I'll send you the link by PM if you want to access it.
Other than that, my father is really into Isha yoga programmes and he took me along for one of them. Although I don't agree with their philosophy, the yoga itself is definitely excellent. Most of the yoga takes place in in-person classes, but they might have changed the way they operate due to Covid. They do have a few instructional videos up on YouTube but they stress in-person classes for the more hardcore yoga since that allows instructors to make sure you're doing it right. Anyway,
here's one of their instructional videos.
I think apart from this they have guided meditations too, but I haven't tried them. I attended one yoga programme at their center a couple of years ago and whatever I practice of theirs is what I learned while I was there.

I've heard a lot of good about Mya Om's book, never got around to reading it myself though.
I've done Yoga and meditation for years to help me get centered. Oddly raised as a ChristianWicca I never thought about combining it with the knowledge of energies. I actually started those to 'rebel' against my upbringing. :}
I'd love to hear about your Original piece (and which fandoms do you write in/ Ao3 account?). I love talking with fellow writers. :}

Thanks Mynah, I'll take a look at that! Who knows.
Hm, love the items, once again less love how much time the Spring Events cost...

I've found the books particularly helpful.
I go to the 5000-page Dutch (I think?) hangout and click through the pages fast to get the popups fast, lol. I do that every popup-based event.
