That sounds very British! My pinkie finger is already rising... ;D

For me it's a cat café with all homemade and sustainable cakes, bites and drinks. Everyone should be able to eat there, so it's as vegan, gluten-free and halal as possible - but still damn delicious! It'd be cute fancy, not like your classic theme but more lolita, but of course with eclectic elements from different cultures - it's The Merry we're talking about here. xD
The name? Cat Velvet. Because my signature cake is a red velvet.

I want my teashop to vegan too, because I'm vegan myself. It's a great idea to make sure all your food is inclusive of people with different diets and health issues/food allergies AND IT'S A CAT CAFE. CAAAATS.
Also I looove cute fancy lolita aesthetic. Sign me up as a regular already!

Chances are slim that it's ever gonna happen, but hey. You'd be more than welcome!
I'd want a spot in Leiden, though. In the Breestraat. With a counter in the window too with takeaway food, so people could grab a slice for lunch or a breakfast muffin with coffee to go on their way to the train station. I have way too much time at work to think this all out

The cats would be strays from Greece by the way, from the same organisation where my own lady came from. With the possibility to adopt, so cats can find their forever home through my shop and make way for new strays looking for their golden collar

I would so visit your shop if you ever do get to open it it sounds wonderful.
But with my allergies I might not be able to eat anything you offer. Then again...Cats!!! Cats fix everything. :}

Hm, guess I never really thought of it that way. In my head, if it does not result in anything, it's not productive. Also, no results, no happy.

So you're not allergic to cats, but to food stuffs? Like I said, I would strive to make something for everyone, so basically you could just hand in your allergies and I'm sure I could fix you up. I already have options in mind that deal with the most common dietary issues: butter/milk, eggs, gluten, alcohol. What else are you allergic to?

Most people tell me they wouldn't be able to come due to their cat allergies.

I've seen youtube series about cat cafés, they're cute. I'd like to visit one, but hey, at this time I'd even visit a dog café, just for the coffee... >.>

Definitely not allergic to cats. Nope at least half of my allergies are dietary ones, the worst are; soy, ginger, almonds, and a binding agent found mostly in dairy products. Any of these, and I'll be sick for days. So I usually pay close attention to what's in the food when I go out to eat. :}

Good thing I mostly substitute oats for dairy then
