I don't know what those are... well, I know what a chestnut is but not a Chest Nut. Uh... I'll go with Betel Nut since... well, while I do like chestnut, a Chest Nut sounds inappropriate.

High rise I suppose (though I suspect I own only low rise). I end up spending my whole day pulling them up otherwise.
