Oooh I'd love to go to Florence. I love Naples and Rome. My parents are going to Lake Garda next year but I can't go with them so I'm annoyed haha.

mem, thanks, I'm hoping that, too. But we'll see.
jacob - I've never been to Naples, but I visited Rome once. It was nice there, just terribly hot at the time. I like that Florence is a bit smaller, the walking distances are not so long. Or maybe they just seemed longer in Rome because of the heat :D

Probably that was the heat, I found it simple to walk around Rome and I tire really easily so you would know if it was a long distance XD But it's better if you're staying right in the centre obviously.

I found out a friend of mine never realised about the seasonal differences in the different hemispheres..... like here being spring while over in the other side of the world it's autumn

Haha, it's easy to think everything is the same, when you only know this one place in the world and don't put your mind into it 
But come on, I think every school teaches that tho? Maybe your freinds missed a class about hemispheres 
(I missed a whole lot of geography classes and still know nearly nothing
