Not much is going on, and I'm waiting for something that should happen, I just don't know when. That's why time feels like it's going excruciatingly slow for me.

They represent Slytherin from Harry Potter, the Fire Nation from Avatar: The Last Airbender and Drenchen from The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance. The first two are quite well-known :)
Sadly Drenchen do not get the love they deserve on the show though, they're just existing on the side of the main storyline. However in the books, the main character is actually Drenchen, so they're much better represented and elaborated on. Sadly however the books are much less known than the series itself, and the books don't contain images of the clan sigils. So only a few idiots know of its existence at all xD

Ha, so that is where I recognized it from. My mom loves the Dark Crystal world and stories.
I've bought her several artbooks from it. Probably saw it when paging through them. Which explains why I could not pinpoint it. :}

The only fandom I'm familiar with out of those is HP, but despite that I didn't correlate it with the tattoo. Maybe because I'm not as familiar with the movies? I haven't watched them all, although I've read all the books.

I know what should happen but I'm trying to stay open to other things to shake my life a bit, because I'm scared to pour all my hopes into one thing. But also I don't know when this thing that I want so badly (or any other thing that I don't particularly want as much but would still be a welcome change) will happen. So I'm in a kind of limbo, and it's hard.

I'm more of a book person myself as well when it comes to Harry Potter, but the snake with this particular curl in its tail has forever been Slytherin to me. I'll have to add that I've been a die hard Slyth for ages though, so then again I guess most snakes are Slytherin to me xD
That being said, I Frankenstein'd this one a bit: the head is from the Pottermore crest, but that one doesn't have the telltale upward curl in its tail, so the body is from another version.

Now I'm really curious as to what should be happening, would you like to share?
