Yeah, that's a good point. It's not a glitch that really breaks anything, and it is elusive so it'd be a big time investment to track it down. There's probably a slew of other things of higher priority.

Finding Fairies is really tough, thought during this clicking event the chances are higher, but the percentage must be real low.

I can't remember how the pop up looked liek either, but it was definitely different than the current one.
I also remember selling the item for very cheap, thinking it's very expensive what a newb lololol
If you sold it through the market you could go to your market log and search out 'fairy', it should do the trick and induce potential facepalm

Well then back in 2011 I was a noob too.^^
I found an Aurora Fairy Ribbon and sold it pretty cheap.
