Creepy thing... Adult Protective Services showed up today... someone called them on us.
So it's like.. that feeling of dread i had last night that kept me up... was telling me something was going to happen today.

Well, the funny thing about having anxiety issues is that you tend to overthink.
I know I have issues a lot where I don't know if I'm right to be anxious or if it's just my anxiety disorder.

Yup. Time to question the universe and our own existence at bedtime.
Fortunately for me, my combination of sleep medications make it hard for me to think.
I kinda just zone out with my mouth open.
