I'd seen her topic as well, and for claiming to have sold 10-12 boxes already for the month and feeling she hasn't made enough to gift yet, I honestly agree that I don't trust them either. I saw the topic a week or so ago and thought at the time that all they were doing was driving the cost of the boxes up higher then they should ever be for how little auro one can make even in a week. If I'm at a really good activeness level I can make 20k a week, but with 9 items in each box, that means that I wouldn't be able to afford more then 1 item at her prices, and that's not really right to those that can not afford to donate at all.

Yeah, I think she's lying too because she's been having about three for almost two weeks now. Apparently they are not selling as well as they claim. And if she did sell that many boxes she'd have at least 500,000 auro, which is MORE than plenty to run an event or something, shop items don't cost that much nor do prizes because in auro value you only need at least 100k, 50k for first, 35k for second, and 15k for third is plenty enough. Also, I've only seen one mention of a pyramid being bought this month, unless she's counting from all the months, then that would make the count. But either way they are jacking up the prices too high.

Supposedly she's done a lot via PM, but either way agreed, and even Saar said something to her, that's how I got the totals because she not only claimed that to saar, but then said it was because of saar's thread that she was pricing that way. (it's on the last page of the thread) claimed she was doing it that way due to boxes not moving as fast if you wait(they actually move faster then she thinks, its just typically behind the scenes I know when I bought a ton of DP items from Saar I did it via PM entirely)

I would have totally bought all of her pyramids from her if they were priced at least as low as 20k, but night for more than twice that most assuredly.

I would have bought a couple myself if they'd been around 20k, as Keith and I are still looking to get two of the background items.

wow....the box price sure went up since i last sold any..... :/ idk how i feel about that. people complained that 12,500 a box was "highway robbery" now it's what? 15-20k a box? :/

depending on the seller it can vary between 13k and 20k on average. it's just gotten that hard to find boxes anymore, most people that used to sell them have stopped, or no longer can afford to donate.
Personally I'd like it to go back down to around 12.5k at least then it'd be within reason to get nearly a full set of items within a month of saving up. as it stands right now, the cost of getting a full set of items is more then what most can make in a month even with a good bit of activeness. Others(like saar) want it to go up higher alas.

Argh, I really hope I can get this other job, then I'd be able to donate every month myself and not worry about having to buy them from others, I might even have extras to get additional boxes for events or selling. But I have to wait and see if I get called in for an interview first. Where I currently work I only make $8.25 an hour, the place I applied to I'd be making $11 an hour, almost three dollars more. Not to mention I have management experience too.
