I love the option to buy back, but they keep getting more expensive when another one joins the retirement home.

I wish it were capped at 10. Or at least capped at the number of years KofK has been around? So 10 this year, 11 next year... etc.

I'd buy if there was FP option but that's cause I can't donate and tbh I told myself I wouldn't do c ash things to another site again (did so years ago with gaiaonline).
