Had to go to the dentist today.
Sneezed too hard yesterday, spit out a tooth. :}

How even

Oddly, it seems to happen more often than I even knew.
In my case it was the tooth I've had root-canal treatment done on years ago, so basically the crown was weakened and the pressure of holding my mouth shut through sneezing was enough to make it dislodge from the roots.
Dentist said it probably already had microscopic fractures for years. :}
