Kingdom of Knuffel

Yeah I am working on a USD commission for someone right now actually. I really don't like them because there stressful which is why I do not do them often. xP But I need money so baaw I had to take a couple.

you know, noone has yet thought of a pixel knuffel.. i wonder how long will that take. i mean it would be interesting, no? ;]

and i'm sure she'll look fine. experimental drawings always come out so-so :D

There's a gigantic problem why I am thinking I should take a break.
Appearantly, I am REALLY slipping. And the way I am coloring.. To bland. No wonder nobody likes it. I mean, everytime I am proud on something I made.. Nobody even seems to care about it. Doesn't matter in Real Life or on the internet. It just breaks you up. Especially when you have gotten thrown at your face you'll never make it if you draw like this. It just mentally breaks you down.

Most people only go like: "Nice", "Oh this is so pretty" while I am putting it online for advice and improvements. I also asked some of my "friends" would you take a look at this before I start coloring.. And they only freaking say it looks nice or in the worst case.. They say nothing and ignore you for hours. I need to improve.. and fast..

I'd love advice on coloring.. Because thats the main thing of hitting me in the face.

i'd suggest Deviantart ;] look for tutorials, they help.
i've checked them, they're easy to understand and blended them with my own style, so i'll always have my uniqueness but will know something about things too :D

so try that ^-^'' it's VERY helpful.
just type in the name of the program too, so you'll know how to work things :)

awww hunny don't be so upset, makes me sad to see u so frustrated. Just don't give up... Take a break and then try to do some tutorials, they posted quite a few on the 1st page of the thread.

You might want to see if you can find some people doing live streams while they draw/color. It can be very helpful. You tube can also help in similar way I guess.

xD I normally ask my BF to C&C everything. I have been tempted to make a watermark that says Tenchi555 Approved. xD He is pretty honest about things. If you want real honest and possible harsh C&C you might want to start posting some on Conceptart.org. They can be intimidating and everything but they also can really break down your work and help you improve.

because taste varies and i love my style atm. i know i have flaws but don't intend to improve until i want to change it :]

so for yourself, it's better if you find the style you like and do magic with it 8D
for money, you should consider alternatives. like improving and so on :]

by looking at the last two Knuffel it seems that the price now raise of 50 FP for each Knuffel bought, instead of 10 FP as before.... perhaps all prices have been raised because of this change?

It seems a bit much to me....
