Then ... do you get help from your furniture? It's hard to do situps without help ... unless it's the type where your legs are up ... but I think there's another term for that ...

They say that if you put your feet under the couch then you're not gonna be using the right muscles... You'll just end up using your leg muscles instead of the stomach.

Maybe I think it's harder because we used to do 100 crunches everytime we trained back then XP

I don't have much fp and no fc's
