Well, unless you took ballet, you probably wouldn't, and even then not all schools do them xD
What happens is you start lying down with your legs straight, feet pointed, and your arms in fifth position. When you sit up, you lift one leg and reach the opposite arm to it. Lie down, return to starting position. Repeat with opposite leg and arm. Third time, lift both legs, reach arms out to second position, the bend knees in and bring arms to first, then straighten legs and and arms back to second. Lie down, return to starting position.
That's one.
Sorry for all the ballet terminology, but I don't know how to explain the arm positions without it x.x

We did jogging, crunches, stretching ... the candle-stick thinggy ... and something else about jumping then doing a push up ..... O.o
