I hope enough people were able to vote all the entries. I didn't get to. Maybe next time, it would be nice if Starkad has the time to code it in such a way that random entry will show up, instead of showing up in the same order.

I know. I used that option and I still couldn't get through to the end.
So assuming that everyone gets to rate the art in the same order, the art on the very beginning of that order are going to get the most people rating, and the art at the very end will get the least amount of people rating it.
Which is alright since it's not how many people vote for you; it's the average of what people voted. But a) more people voting hopefully means more accurate rating, and b) people tend to be more generous with the votes in the beginning. The student who gives her presentation first gets marked more leniently than the student who gives it last. The gymnast who performs first gets marked more leniently than the gymnast who performs last. So I think it would be a good idea, even with the "see rateable entries only" option, to have it shown to us randomly.
The avatar contest doesn't need this because people enter the contest at random times during the month and people rate the entries at random times during the month; but the art contest isn't like that. Art contest everyone got their entries up on the rating page at the same time, and people rated the entries at random times during the month. So just for contests like this, I think randomization feature would be useful.

I honestly don't think there was anything wrong with that and the fixed order of entries in the voting.
You all had two full weeks to vote. I voted on all entries already on the first day. It took me maybe 30 minutes. 30 minutes in 2 weeks means you had to spend less than 50 seconds each day on voting. Even if you take way longer because you are looking at the entries longer,that still means it is just like 2 or 3 minutes each day.
I think that was easily manageable and if people didn't want to devote this time on voting, it is not starkad's or my fault.
