No information about the items must be given, just the image, and no, you only need to draw the item on two bases when they are items that have different versions for different genders.

Firn, do the items have to be drawn on colorful bases, or would bases in shades of gray acceptable, too?
(Printing in grayscale is cheaper. ^^;)
