ohhh... fried makes it sound like it's battered or something, i was picturing a tenpura-esque thing
it's the north american in me... associating fried with batter.. x(

sounds pretty good though, i'll try it next time i make meat. i'm incredibly lazy about preparing meat and don't very often ~_~

@Nan: I'm actually Chinese :D Well by blood. My family was from Thailand (but ethnically Chinese) and my mom grew up in France XD

I love my veggies, cooked or raw :o It just sucks that raw organic fruits and veggies are so expensive....

I love Mexican food :3

There's a family run Mexican restaurant that's about a 20 minute drive away from where I am and they have some amazing Enchiladas :D
