ml, the vinegar is the conditioner. And I can personally attest that my short hair (I chopped it all off again) fluffs up noticeably when I do the vinegar rinse. It's a tablespoon of vinegar in a Vitamin Water bottle of water that I use.

*nod nod!* A teaspoon full in the same size bottle. But don't use the same bottle. If the stuff fizzes, it doesn't do very good at cleaning.

Two bottles, actually, because mixing vinegar and soda doesn't do well, and it's hard to get all the soda out of the washing bottle. And a rinse of clear water is needed between the steps.
Ugh. I've been hit by Hurricane Flo. Bye-bye brain and energy!

Nope, that's Vocaloids. XD There's a bunch of them out there like that, and I heard that they might have made an anime series based on them.
