Been better.
It keeps storming here.
Last night I woke up to pee and got an anxiety attack and just lied in bed for 3-4 hours.

That sucks. I was anxious before going to sleep last night but I eventually chilled out and slept.

I took the max 5 Valerian roots to relax and sleep and even that didn't work.
I was so exhausted, but I just couldn't go back to sleep.
And it was like 2 AM, no time to get up and start the day.

When I couldn't sleep last week I took melatonin but it didn't work. The weird thing was that I wasn't even sleepy at all even though I was sick and was barely getting sleep. I would just stay up for a while since I couldn't go back to sleep and was tired of lying in bed in the dark.

I wanted to go for a walk, but I can't.
I'd have to walk up and down the hall which is stupid.

You should be able to go for a walk without being bitched at. You are an adult.
You could walk in the daytime. Also you could just walk around your neighborhood and take your dog or see if one of your parents would walk with you.

Yup, but that's how I'm treated.
My dogs don't know how to walk on a leash, so I can't take them out of the yard.
I don't want to walk before bed, I want to walk if I have insomnia or anxiety.
I read this thing that said DON'T STAY IN BED.
But I can't do anything else xD

When I was feeling anxious when I couldn't sleep I would get up. I would go to the bathroom or sit out in the living room for a while. That seemed to help.
