I am quite lucky cuz I can post a little at work too. I work as a secretary and some days (like today) I don't have that much work to do, so it was a ood opportunity to make some provisions for next time

I work as a desk receptionist at my university. The last university I was at I could bring my computer and do whatever I wanted as long as I got my job done. Here I'm not even allowed to use my cell phone.

Not having time or mood to post, I get. But not being allowed to use your phone during work is really too much...

we are only allowed to use it in emergencies or if the desk phone stop working for whatever reason.

I work at a 7 Eleven and we have that rule too. Not that my co-workers follow it.
Still I don't have one so I can only get donuts when I'm home.
