yeah i would think so. your eyes slowly adjust to darkness by picking up any light it can detect. but if BAM you got shot in the eyes with a bright light, yeah, you'd probably be momentarily blinded.

They do make some noise but it basically becomes white noise after a few minutes. Its also not as loud as people say they are to begin with.

its probably just a soft ssssssshhhhhh sound or something. like its in the corner of your ear and doesn't go away and then it gets annoying. unless you like those kinds of noises. lol

honestly its a super low key noise but people are still super against them thinking they're gonna be loud.

but wouldn't windmills usually be farther away from households? so sound wouldn't be much of a problem if there's no one living near them.

yeah they are usually not close to people at all. It doesn't stop people from pushing their crazy conspiracy theories though about how they think windmills cause cancer or brain issues.

But they're not the gigantic ones, they're more mid-sized
