Well Bononn, that's the exact reason why you didn't realize. Because I really don't. :D
However Cyan, I once learned that it's way better to, if you don't understand a word or sentence, or don't know one, it's better to describe it or put it in other words in the same language. You learn way more from that. ;D

I think the reason I didn't understand it is because it wasn't perfectly neat German.. I have a hard time filling in blanks, slang or typo's. :p

Haha tags, I wonder if I'm gonna get those. I did see some FA's with those. But how do they check? How good do you have to be? I mean, the lessons in German and French we are gonna get just exist from sentences you need to learn and how to use them and stuff. No grammar whatsoever. >>

lol my german teacher in highschool tried to teach us gramar but my mom and her clashed a lot since my mom was actually from germany. street/relaxed german that my mother spoke and the 'proper' form my teacher insisted was right. (they look at me weird when i used hers so when in germany the second day i used my moms... wayyyyyyy easier to communicate with people)

idk really, just gotta prove your fluent in it. maybe they type some random stuff into a translator and you have to translate it first?? idk my work still kinda goes by the honnor/trust system on a lot of things XD

I wouldn't trust any translation program. When I see how they rape the German language ... and how German translated into English is completely ununderstandable for me.... That would really be a bad test

I only use a translator so often when I've forgotten a word or something, or a hint in the right direction. But in not a single language is it accurate, and by translating full sentences you just embarrass yourself :')

Besides, there's also the expressions and such.
