I can't wear sunglasses because I need my regular glasses to see.
I've worn them over my regular glasses, but it just looks dumb and it's uncomfortable xD
I guess I need flip shades or something.

I mostly get like...tension headaches and ice pick headaches.
The answer is "Remove what stresses you out to stop the headaches!"
That's impossible as it's my family that gives me headaches Bu

I wear sunglasses clipped to my normal ones. I can't live without them. Part of the reason I got this last migraine was because I was trying to use sunlight to see tiny stitches.

I halo even when things don't hurt. And I've had the migraines that ARE nothing but blinding light flashes in the eyes. Also ones that are just fuzzy brains and not painful.

Um. And I had plenty of migraines before a friend one day pointed out that I had a migraine expression and I realized that's what was leaving my brain so foggy and weird.

Yeah, I need to find me some clip on ones somewhere :\
I know people talk about glasses that like...get tinted when you're in the son?
Medicaid won't cover anything fancy like that \>8u/

Yeah, I hate when people say that. "You'd know if you had ___!"
I think I had food poisoning one time because I was really sick with vomiting and diarrhea and horrific pains in my stomach.
People told me "You'd know if you had food poisoning!"

I had the tinted ones back after I first had measles and couldn't stand any light. Coming inside after being out was an exercise in walking into stuff because I couldn't see. XD

"Come here and let me chuck on you, then YOU will know if I have food poisoning!"

Yeah, it pissed me off. I was in agony and they told me it wasn't food poisoning because I'd know.
Maybe it wasn't food poisoning but it HURT xD
I actually puked like 7 times in a row and some of it came out my nose.

You know, my pupils are always bigger than normal and I don't know why.
I went to the eye doctor and he put drops in my eyes to dilate them and he said he couldn't tell if they worked or not.
Then they gave me those shades to help me until my eyes were normal again.
I took it off and my mom or aunt said "Aren't your eyes hurting!?" and I said "No, this is normal .__."

It could be due to a medication. I was on Imipramine for a long time as a tween, and my pupils were constantly dilated. Which I didn't realize until a friend's mom mentioned it. 'Cause I never noticed any difference between my "normal" and the side-effect of Imipramine, in terms of light sensitivity.

*sympathy* Well, in medieval times, at one point you would have both been very much ala mode. They used to put NIGHTSHADE in their eyes to dilate the pupils, because they thought it was pretty.

I don't know, it persists even when my medications changed.
I didn't even notice until someone pointed it out.
My aunt even said they were bigger than normal ._.

I think I've heard that before. Women in history also used poisonous makeup to look pale, yeah?
Did you guys also know apparently in like...Victorian England - people would get sick from green paint ._.

Yay I'm glad the package got there and no one stole it Bu

Yeah, white lead face paint.

And I watched a documentary about the green. It wasn't paint, though or at least not just. It was in the clothes, and the wallpaper, and anything they could colour green.

Eeeeh, Victorian Era aficionado/fashion historian here. It wasn't just green. Basically, any vibrant color could have arsenic in it. Arsenic Green was just the most well-known one that they knew for sure was toxic. It was especially popular in flocked wallpapers. but yeah, there was also Arsenic Blue, Arsenic Yellow, Arsenic Red... and every color in between, pretty much.
